Professional Design & Advantage Setup includes both a professional website design customized to your company and a complete audit, review of your online presence and Internet marketing strategy. What's the process after I sign up?

Nice to meet you. EnergyWeb is going to work with you to identify your needs and plan a strategy for your company. We'll answer all of your questions, explain the process and understand what type of site your company needs.

The painful part. First we’ll send you our Setup & Design Packet, which contains a checklist of basic information and materials we'll need to design your site. You'll need to complete the short questionnaire and return the checklist with your company logo, any photographs and additional content you would like to include. You can complete the packet electronically or by regular mail.

Once we've received your packet, our design team will review and process your materials and begin outlining your website's design.

That's us. At this stage we've processed your packet and are ready to configure the technical components of your site. We'll provision off space within the server, set up your email accounts, purchase your domain name or adjust our server to recognize your existing one. We’ll then configure the eCommerce, eMarketing and any EnergyWeb specific tools and features included in your chosen monthly plan.

Your turn. It's time for you to review our work! We’ll send you a login to your Control Panel so you can manage your entire website. You'll be able to view all the work we've completed on a fully functioning off-line version of your website. Once you’re satisfied with our work, your site is ready to go live!

We're back. Now that your site is live we're back to work. Our will ensure that your website is correctly listed and registered in the major search engines. We’ll activate website tracking and statistics, set up any SiteMaps, configure your Pay-Per-Click campaigns, test and retest all of the features and tools! You'll probably want a few things changed, so we'll be ready to respond.

We're going to... Review all of the Nerd Stuff, Parts I & II. We'll look at your traffic results and usage patterns, and make sure all of the pages are loading and working as they should. We also check in on your search engine statistics and monitor your PageRank. If we're monitoring your Pay-Per-Click advertising campaigns, we'll complete a full review of the previous month’s performance and make any recommendations or optimizations to ensure you're meeting your goals. We'll also contact you to make sure everything is running smoothly and see if there is anything else we can do for you. If we have new features, tools or plans we will introduce them to you as well.
